  7. Trees: Trim trees that are leaning against the home.
  8. Bathroom: Check tiles. Make sure they are clean, free of mold or cracks. Check your toilets and make sure they are securely tightened and clean. Check plumbing behind toilet and under the sink.
  9. Fireplace:  If you have a fireplace, have a professional inspection to make sure it is in good condition.
  10. Garage: Make sure your garage wall button is clean and sensors are working.  Sensors working are required by law.
  11. If you have a pool, have it checked by a pool expert to make sure your are up to code.
  12. Roof: Have a professional assess the condition of your roof. Clean the gutters. 
  13. Fences: Should be in good condition. If they are falling over, it’s time to replace them..
